Today was my third time getting service at American tire depot, and I can genuinely say that these are some of the nicest and most trustworthy people that have worked on my car. Although the wait time today was a bit longer than expected, they were extremely accommodating and had a positive attitude despite the long wait. One of my tires was slowly loosing air, so I decided to bring in for a Free Tire Check. Everything from setting the appointment online to checking in at the store was seamless. I was expecting that after they took a look at my car, they would've have recommended a tire replacement, in addition to pointing out that my brakes needed to be replaced and more! Boy, was I wrong. Tech at the desk came over, handed me my keys, and explained they patched everything up and I was good to go. Free tire patch! What a great customer service experience. I had come before, when I actually had to replace a tire, but pleasantly surprised what an honest spot this is. Highly recommended!

Tire Depot in Culver City is the BEST!! It’s the only place I take my 2023 Genesis GV80 Prestige. Yesterday I went in for air needed in my tire. Turns out I had a screw in an area that couldn’t be patched. (If it could be patched, that’s FREE here). They immediately ordered my tire, it was here this morning and in less than an hour I was on the road. In addition, they looked up my CarFax and saw there was a recall on my car. The dealer never notified me. I’m going back for my 6 month service in a couple of weeks. This Tire Depot is a one stop shop for anything for your car. They are always professional, friendly and fair prices! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
