I brought my truck in for tire rotation and alignment. It was a saturday morning. I was their first customer. Jennifer working the counter was so sweet and knowledgeable. Aside for being cute, she wasnt trying to sell me anything i didnt need. Told me up front what was needed and delivered. I couldnt help but watch her work as customers kept coming in and phone constantly ringing. Very professional and patient and greeted everyone with a smile. Great person to have working for you. excellent service, Was told one hour wait, Out in 35 minutes, Very professional. Three days ago I went to Americas Tires in Downey., They told me it wouldn’t take long, Two hours later, they still had two cars in front of me meaning at least another hour and a half wait. Goodbye Americas., Hello American. Yes, I would highly recommend American tires my new tire center👍

Went in for a repair and it was quick and stress free. As a woman, i felt Oscar the manager has been great both times ive been there. Great customer service and good place to take your car. Amazing thank you oscar! Ill be back with my daughters cars too!

Excellent service

Very friendly staff and air conditioned waiting room with access to vending machines, restroom. I was a walk in for tire damage; repair did not cost anything. Short walk to downtown Downey (Porto’s) if you want to explore a little while you wait. Tons of food in the area. I will give them my business from here on out.
