When another tire store told me they did not have the tires I pre-ordered days in advance from their website, I called American Tire Depot from the tire store that failed me. American Tire Depot had the tires I needed in stock, and they were only a few minutes away. American Tire Depot SAVED MY BACON!!!

I got a flat tire the night before Labor Day. I brought my car here and I was so impressed with their customer service. Frankly, I was having a horrible day on top of the flat tire, so I was crying, but the customer service worker who helped me was so kind and helpful that it really turned my day around. There were plenty of people in line (makes sense, it’s a holiday) but they were able to replace my tire in a reasonable amount of time. I’m so glad I brought my car here!! Highly recommend to anyone!
