I needed my tires rotated due to me being overdue. I’ve looked around on google and I’ve found this shop(American Tire Depot) I’ve seen the free service they offered for tire rotation. I was a little skeptical at first but the next day I arrived, I asked if they actually do the tire rotation for free and was told that they do free tire rotations. Very polite staff, didn’t take more than 25 to 30 minutes to finish. Awesome work, will be definitely coming back to this place.

It's my first time changing a tire after two years of driving with a bubble on one, and having to always check tire pressure whenever I haven't used it for a couple of days on another tire. After thinking it over, I decided to Google for tires and found American Tire Depot. I scheduled a consultation for the next day and got the tire changed the same day. I’m very grateful to Sebastian for answering all my questions and being patient with me, along with his co-workers who stayed until 5:30 p.m., even though they close at 5pm, just to keep their promise of having it ready by the day. I might just return here for my next maintenance. I’m impressed!

The staff at American Tire Depot was very helpful, friendly and accommodating, and the service was very quick; I called them one day and my order was submitted that day, and my tires were received and installed the next without an appointment. The install was done in a timely manner while I waited and the waiting area was very clean, comfortable and well-stocked with water and coffee. I’m very appreciative of all the staff that worked on my vehicle but especially to Sebastian who was very helpful with finding the right tires for me and price matched my previous quote, and to the friendly big guy in the front with the long reddish blonde beard (sorry, didn’t get your name but I think you know who you are! 🤣) who resolved the misunderstanding with my appointment/non-appointment and was very patient and polite with me and all my questions and informed me of the discount for an alignment. I normally don’t go to the first place I call without shopping around, but after the experience I had here I’m convinced I made the right choice and will definitely be going back when/if the need arises.
