I am so grateful to this American Tire Depot! I got a flat on the 41 and had to put on my donut, mid-traveling, and this was the closest tire location open - on a Sunday! Tino took care of my tire so quick, even though I came right during lunch time! It had been a stressful morning, not to be cliche, but being a single lady on the side of the freeway changing a tire was not fun, and having it taken care of so quickly and in such a reassuring manner, with NO condescending attitude as some car shops provide us women. everything was treated as a priority and I got back on the road within 30 minutes. Heroes! Thank you all :)

Woke up to a flat tire. Found American Tire Depot online and made an appointment. Very friendly and professional. Can’t believe they fixed a flat for no charge. It’s a new car so I didn’t even buy tires from them. While waiting I saw that they treated everyone in a friendly way. The young man who helped me was very patient and explained in detail an oil pan problem to a distressed woman. Top notch people. I would go back.

I had a great experience with Tino at America’s Tire Depot in Selma. I walked in without an appointment when they were clearly very busy and short-staffed, but Tino made me feel like I was his top priority. He was professional, friendly, and took care of my tire issue quickly and efficiently. What impressed me most was how he stayed focused on helping me despite everything else going on. He got me back on the road in about 20 minutes, which was much faster than I expected. Excellent customer service and a great attitude. I’ll definitely be returning to America’s Tire Depot for my future tire needs. Thanks again, Tino!
